1. Licence and operator

This raffle is conducted by Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia, 1540 Lottie Neely Park Rd, Sarnia, ON N7T 7H4, Canada, under licence number RAF1493441 issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). The raffle is subject to the Criminal Code (Canada), the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Act, 1999, and all applicable regulations.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Participants must be physically located in Ontario at the time of entry.
• Employees of the licensee, members of the board of directors, and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation as defined in the licence.
• Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to enter

Entries are available only during published sales periods for each draw listed on the Draw Schedule. Participants must have a valid registered account and complete the online entry process. See How to Play for full instructions.

4. Entry limits and pricing

Entry quantities and prices are displayed during checkout for each draw period. The licensee reserves the right to set maximum entries per person as required by the licence or AGCO direction. All sales are final once confirmed.

5. Prize structure

Each draw has a single prize pool equal to total eligible entry revenue for that draw. Fifty percent (50%) is awarded to one winner selected at random. Fifty percent (50%) is retained by the licensee for charitable and community purposes as approved under the licence. Details are in Prizes & Winners.

6. Draw procedure

After the sales deadline, one winning entry number is selected using a random selection method approved under the licence. The draw may be witnessed or audited as required by AGCO. Results are final subject to verification.

7. Winner notification and claims

• Winners will be contacted using registration details within the period stated on the website.
• Winners must provide valid government-issued photo identification to claim a prize.
• Prizes not claimed within the required period may be forfeited and handled according to Ontario regulations and licence terms.
• The licensee is not responsible for undeliverable notifications due to incorrect contact information.

8. Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity related to the raffle, subject to applicable privacy laws. Participation in publicity is not a condition of receiving a prize unless disclosed at the time of claim.

9. Responsible participation

10. Privacy

Personal information collected during registration and entry is used to administer the raffle, notify winners, and meet AGCO reporting requirements. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

11. Disputes and amendments

The licensee's decisions regarding administration of the raffle are final, subject to AGCO oversight. These rules may be amended only as permitted under the licence. Material changes will be posted on this website.
