1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia ("we," "us," or "the licensee"). If you do not agree, do not use this website or register for an account.

Participation in any raffle is also governed by our Rules & Regulations and Ontario licence RAF1493441. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the official raffle rules, the raffle rules prevail for draw-related matters.

2. Eligibility to use the site

You must be at least 18 years old and located in Ontario when using this website to register or enter a licensed draw. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Account registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent entry limits.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Website use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of AGCO requirements;
• Attempt to interfere with site security, servers, or networks;
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without written permission;
• Submit false information or impersonate another person;
• Use automated tools to access the site except as we expressly allow.

5. Entries and payments

All entries are subject to availability during published sales periods. Prices, limits, and draw dates are displayed at checkout and on the Draw Schedule. Confirmed entries are non-refundable except where required by law or our licence.

6. Intellectual property

Content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. No other use is permitted without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Prize pool estimates displayed on the site are approximate until sales close; final amounts are determined at the draw deadline.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia and its directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in a raffle, except where liability cannot be excluded under Ontario law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the licensee from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site, or violation of any third-party rights.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to that collection and use.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts, subject to AGCO oversight for regulated matters.
